I am a member of the bars of Maryland, District of Columbia, U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United State's Supreme Court. I am a civil rights, criminal defense and civil trial attorney in Cambridge on Maryland's Eastern Shore.
